"The best capsule I have stayed in London. It’s brand new and hope it continues to be well maintained. Gender specific toilets and showers which is perfect. Stairs to the top bunk are awkward so you have to be careful, one wrong move and it’s a wrap! Great communal area, wish there was more seating and also couldn’t locate luggage room on my stay,maybe this need better signage."

"Fantastic hotel which is in a great location, staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful.
Bar closes quite early and it’s a bit pricey compared to other places but it’s very nice.

"It was all great until my room flooded, and although I was moved rooms and told I was upgraded (no difference in the room other than having a worse view), I wasn’t even provided a discount on my stay for the inconvenience of having to move rooms in the middle of the night.
Also had a coworker who go stuck in the elevator. Otherwise- the breakfast buffet was amazing."

"I knew my room was going to be small but I was shocked. It’s like a broom cupboard. Avoid if you are claustrophobic, there was barely space to move as a solo traveller.

"TOP-Service!
Die Zimmer scheinen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dies ist nicht schlimm und für einen City-Trip sind die Zimmer ausreichend. Man merkt lediglich, dass das Hotel schon ein paar Jahre alt ist.
Die Lobby hingegen mach einen super modernen Eindruck, hier scheint man schon mit der Renovierung durch zu sein.
Warum meine Bewertung dennoch eine 5 ist hängt am Personal. Hier ist man stets freundlich und hilft dem Kunden. Die Koffer am letzten Tag noch bis abends dort zu lassen war nicht...

"My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights, we included breakfast with our stay and it was well worth it. "Staying here with my daughter for two nights, we enjoyed the reprieve from the heat with the AC! One drawback was the positioning of the toilet - not accommodating for anyone with long legs. Overall, I’d stay here again - close to the St Pancras International, which was a must for our travel."

"Great hotel but if you plan on working while you’re there, don’t. The internet was absolutely terrible. "The property was in an ideal location, just off Trafalgar Square. The room however was not that great.
The room was extremely small with a huge pillar in the centre of the room.
The TV wasn’t working. The bathroom/toilet door wasn’t working properly and got stuck shut on two occasions.
The shower also didn’t work properly due to a bent hose that let very little water out.
After complaining to the front desk, all the issues were sorted the following day.
I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again due to...

"It was quite hot in the room I had due to the weather / heatwave. There was a fan but no air-conditioning or easy access to cooler spaces.
