"Very welcoming check in and friendly staff. Hotel looks new and very clean rooms and communal areas. Underground car parking is available for a fee and directly connected to the hotel. Hotel is within walking distance of the main station, from where buses and trams are available into the centre. The only downside to this hotel is it is quite a long walk to the centre of Heidelberg (about 20 minutes). The area around the hotel felt quite safe though."

"Everything was wonderful, from the hotel location near the convenient town center and train station. All main activities including the Audi Forum were at less than 5 minutes walking distance. Breakfast was excellent, with great quality and variety of hot/cold food and continental or typical German items to try, fresh fruit and great coffee. I was really impressed. Only a minor comment on the bedding since the mattress cover seemed made of synthetic material and not m breathable, which made sleeping a bit warm and uncomfortable at times. Other than that I can only say I would go back to the Welcome hotel any time I get the chance. "
