"We arrived at the property late, and the door wouldn't open. I called their number but didn't get an answer initially. However, when I called again, someone picked up. He arrived quickly after we hung up, and we realized that the door just needed to be pushed hard to open. Even though it was Labor Day weekend, the location was quiet, which was nice. "The property was very easy to access and the room was exactly what we needed to get some sleep so we could drive some more. The person working the desk is wonderful and even stayed up to make sure we got in ok. The only thing I would note is it says it can handle large vehicles like uhauls but there is no room to park in the lot so we had to park across the street. "

We had no issies but he checked in on us during our stay via text and that made it so nice to know if we did need something he would be available!
