"The ceiling in the bathroom above the toilet leaked and the check in process was extremely stressful. Most likely would not stay again. Staff did the best they could. Property is old and needs lots of updates and check in system needs to be revamped as well."

"I appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom and the bed. The air in the room wasn't stale smelling like in many inns and motel rooms. The room temperature was comfortable despite it being over 90 degrees outside. The front desk staff was courteous and expressed a willingness to help when needed. The breakfast for on-the-go was fairly decent. I also appreciated being placed in a room on the first floor near the front desk. It made me feel safer especially traveling alone."

"I will say Kayla was amazing at the front desk. She handled all my needs with no issues. She was friendly, knowledgeable and great way to start my trip. Breakfast was ok but the breakfast staff was friendly andbenergetic, great way to begin the day. The rooms are a decent size, lots of space for sharing. I didn't use any amenities. I utilized late check out, received my receipt showing paid. Housekeeping knocked three different times waking me despite me saying I had late check out. Then the...
