"beautiful property with nice spacious rooms; the rooms were cleaned every day and I had no issues during my stay. staff were mostly nice and friendly. the breakfast spread and the restaurant/bar were really good. I also enjoyed the recreational facilities including the gym, pools, spa and sauna. the property was in a convenient area at a walking distance from downtown and had gorgeous views. the only issue that I faced was that my room was on the fifth floor and I did not get any wi-fi signal...

"This hotel is nicely located in the center of Lugano. Breakfast was wonderful! Our room was spotless, and it seemed quite new. The desk gave us an unexpected credit at their Mixology bar, which was a really helpful bonus. Would certainly recommend staying here!"
