"Ocean view was visible from the room. Room very clean and comfortable, balcony had hammock which was clean and comfy. Daily housekeeping service was great. Many swimming pools, never overcrowded. Pool sofas facing ocean provided beautiful view. Palm trees gave some sheadow. Pool service was amazing. All service people inside and outside very polite and professional. Food was good. Great experience overall. . "

"My fiancé and I stayed at Atelier and it was absolutely AMAZING! Truly the best all-inclusive food I’ve ever had. The service was also incredible. In particular, we had so much fun with Miguel when we were enjoying drinks and food in the beach area — he was always anticipating whatever we needed before we even asked! He and Andres were so kind and attentive, especially since I was practicing my Spanish. We also had an amazing time at the bars around the hotel. El Cielo was incredible, and Alberto, Danilo, and Karen took such great care of my fiancé and me during our visit up there. They were truly wonderful. This was easily the best food and service I’ve experienced at an all-inclusive resort. I’m so grateful to the staff for making our stay so special and for giving me such a great opportunity to practice Spanish. We can’t wait to come back! 💛"

"Front desk staff were great and fast. Rooms were very clean and modern, cleaned daily and the room was restocked daily as well. Food and staff was exceptional at all of the restaurants. Even the beach restaurant was above average in menu and quality. Beach was beautiful and is the best on the island. It was great being a small adults only resort right in town but on the beach. Very safe town and very one we met was friendly and helpfull. "

"Visited with my wife and two you kinds (9 & 4). The rooms were beautiful. The property was amazing. Everything about this place was great. Staff members were super helpful, happy, and friendly. Highly recommend the place. Long story but, I originally only planned on staying here for the last night of our vacation (Sunday night, leave Monday) but, due to weather issues back at home. I couldn’t get a flight home until Thursday. Luckily this place has availability to extend my stay. Very helpful in a tough situation. We did one of the garden rooms the first night without all inclusive (again was supposed to be just one night). We loved the first floor level especially for the four year old. He could just walk out and enjoy the lawn between the pool. Very easy location for the kids without having to deal with an elevator. Remaining nights we had a one bedroom with a king and pull out couch. It was huge. Beautiful spot. We ended up doing the all inclusive for remaining stay and that was a good call. The property is kind of isolated and far from the main part of Cancun so, you are kind of forced to eat on site. However, there are so many food options that are really good. "
