"The hotel itself was amazing, beautiful pool and room! Loved the water falls right by the elevators! So therapeutic! They also had an amazing breakfast buffet! Everything was delicious! Only thing we didn’t appreciate is that despite paying in cash when we were done eating at the buffet, they still charged our room and we found out during check out! They claimed that they will fix it and that they will grant the proper refund and they just needed more communication in that part but other wise,...
