"Staff was not very welcoming, they seemed very irritated, even though we made sure that we were respectful and patient. While having laundry on site can be helpful, there is a wonderful and clean laundromat right around the corner. Don’t bother waiting three hours for your clothes to wash and dry only to come back and they’re still soaking wet. The staff was not very helpful."

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)
My stay at Kyoto Century Hotel was, without a doubt, one of the most wonderful hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with unmatched warmth, respect, and a level of personalized service that truly touched my heart.
What stood out the most was their incredible attention to detail. Every time we needed a taxi, the staff didn't just call one for us—they personally...
