Barceló Maya Palace - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"It was wonderful!"

Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"I loved the pools their activities and the shows at night for families to enjoy. Staff is very welcoming enjoyed the salt pool that has a beautiful view to the beach. Food was great in buffets and at night tacos and pizza for late night snacks. Love that it’s next to xcaret park."

Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club - Adults Only - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"This property had exceptional service and well managed. The food was top notch. My issue comes to the very poorly managed property for beach area. The service at beach was great as usual for secrets brand but the beach area was run down and falling apart. Obviously a very old facility that has been advertised as only several years old. As well as the issue of most of the eating options closed on main resort and no food area open besides the bar and a small hamburger grill table set up to which was not made known online or upon arrival. It is not acceptable to have individuals fly from their country of origin expecting certain things and get onsite to something completely different. Otherwise a great resort."

Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen - Adults Only - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"El hotel muy bueno la limpieza excelente pero necesita más variedad en las comidas , el buffets no abre en las noches y los restaurantes q ofrecen la comida no estuvo buena, y necesita mejorar en las actividades nocturnas por lo demás todo bien"

Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"I brought two families with me to this resort. This was my second trip to grand palladium family selection. This time the resort has improved their food quality. Last trip the food was not so great except the nest. This time around the nest, the Asian and Mexican restaurants were my favourite. Only down side I did not like was our hotel room had a cheap wood shower door which was a concern because could be a treated wood and cancer causing chemicals leaking out as we shower. Really not comfortable for us. I truly believe it was there temporarily until new door comes, previous guest may have broke the mirror shower door. Other downside the smoking areas are not controlled. People still come to the pool and theatre room to smoke around kids in Canada this is not acceptable. Top side waitress and chef were very nice people.smiling and we tipped them for good services. I have nothing to complain about them but love their great services. Top notch and will come again"

Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"My wife and I loved our anniversary at this 5 star resort with healthy wildlife and great food, pool, bar, and staff driving the carts. Expedia VIP wristbands were great for daily access to the excellent spa pools (jets, steam, hot tub, plunge, sauna, vitamin shots). Concierges David and Erick were shining stars, booking plans, giving daily updates, checking in, stocking our minibar, and bringing blankets, a memory foam pillow, decor, treats, and bubbly. I always need a concierge now! We loved Helios eggs Benedict, the attentive lobby cafe (lattes, warm sandwiches, mouthwatering desserts), a la cartes, Japanese, Viva Mexico, and White Sand pool and buffet. The approx. 4'7 Colonial pool fit me (6') but my 5'1 wife couldn't walk in it, sitting empty as guests couldn't keep kids or ladies in deep water. Seaweed varied. Chic Cabaret (mermaid handing out drinks, pairings), Rock Show, 3 DJ silent party, and Mexican night were fun, but other shows were 15 to 20 min, the disco was shut (lobby DJ), and pools had no foam parties, games, or reggaeton, just Celine Dion and non party songs. Front desk refused our offered chat rate when shown resort messages on my phone, offering it for 3x more money. Our unrenovated room had a broken lock (1 key for 9 nights) and towel animals took approval. Billing: $25 sake billed $60, Chic wine charged double (photos fixed), and cash payment proven by cameras. We prefer Iberostar's vibe, but David, Erick, and Expedia made happy memories!"

Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen Adults Only All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"The rooms were well maintained. Cleaning staff was on point daily! The wait staff and entertainment crew were 5 stars, fabulous!! The food was what you would expect from an all inclusive hotel. My only big complaint is the pool access. There was no easy way into and out of the pool for someone who is disabled(like I am)."

TRS Yucatan Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Our stay at TRS Yucatán Hotel was absolutely perfect from top to bottom! Everything exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful property and relaxing atmosphere to the outstanding service we received throughout our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. A special thank you to Carlos, our butler, who truly made our experience extra special! His attentiveness, professionalism, and exceptional service made such a difference throughout our stay. He deserves so much recognition for the amazing job he does! The food was delicious, with so many great options to enjoy, and every part of the experience felt luxurious and well thought out. From the service to the dining to the overall atmosphere, everything was exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation, and TRS Yucatán made our stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a luxurious getaway with incredible food, beautiful surroundings, and five-star service, this is the place to be! We would absolutely come back again. Thank you to the entire team, especially Carlos, for making our stay so memorable!"
