"This was the best hotel we've stayed at in Japan. The location was great, just a 5 minute walk to Umeda station with lots of shopping around. The staff at the front were incredible and were very hospitable and welcoming. The amenities were excellent too, offering free

with a wide array of beverages. The room was probably the best, as it had a modern feel but was also very very spacious and could fit all 4 of my luggages comfortably. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel was very clean and had great amenities. Convenient location next to namba parks and near namba station. Superior level booking had access to the club lounge which has snacks and beverages, quite helpful for morning coffee.

The setup in the room is very functional (e.g. enough space to open large suitcase and functional desk and chair that have enough space). Have all the amenities that one would expect and need in a hotel room. Located one subway stop away from Umeda shopping district within walking distance. It’s in a quiet neighborhood which I prefer. Have a mini AEON store across the street and a few restaurants and a drug mart so it’s convenient...
