We had planned on staying one night and ended up needing to stay more due to appointments we had, the staff was amazing in accommodating us even though the hotel was very full at the time. "This was our first visit, was for a 4 day long weekend. Our room was upgraded and we had a full kitchen! Room was amazing! Our balcony faced the beach so we had beautiful sunsets! Roof top pool is amazing! Excellent snack bar/bar. Breakfast….not continental but full menu! Amazing! Everything was delicious! Room service….excellent, fast and delicious too! Cant say enough about the staff….beyond friendly and helpful! Overall excellent hotel and only 10 min to downtown and 12 min to airport."

"This was roughly our 15th time visiting the property over the past 10 years. The relationships that we have built with employees that are still currently working there are amazing. When they see us, we are welcomed with smiles and open arms. The spa is primo. The Sonne Club and its staff, Ignacio, Rafael, Luis, Francisco, and Veronica, are top notch. "It was a stylish newly constructed and fully equipped two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with washer dryer in the unit. Beds and furniture were in great condition. Though it was a little tricky figuring out the main gate access codes at first, it was easy to get used to. It was also a little unnerving to be in a no-host condo complex, but there wasn’t a need to contact the owner. "The hotel is comfortable since it’s right on the beach and pools have plenty of space and lounge chairs, also have a walk up bar. The rooms are dated but functional if you don’t mind older decor. Nice to have a fridge and coffee maker, microwave and dishes, etc… Hot water and a/c works well and internet was great which is included. However there’s a daily resort fee $20 bucks that I didn’t see in the fine print so just know that. There’s an Oxxo convenience store nearby as well as the marina...

Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. "

"I’ve stayed at the Sheraton many times! They always have something going on by the pool or special dinners or sometimes fireworks! You will always see someone tending to the plants, which are gorgeous. Room service is 24hrs, gym is 24hrs, pool closes a little early but within walking distance of the night life. And close to Pepe’s tacos which is a favorite in PV. Inclusive is definitely worth it!"
