"Basic accommodations, good for one night when catching a flight or when arriving late. Breakfast was basic (toast, fruit, coffee, juice, granola) but sufficient. Pool area is comfortable and hotel located not too far from the beach. Staff are friendly and bed comfortable. Some traffic noise; ear plugs were useful for me. Decent shopping venues in the area."

"Worst experience I’ve ever had at a resort. Staff was barely friendly nor really helpful. Food was not that great, besides the morning breakfast buffet. There was a roach in my room the second night, when I complained they tried to tell me that it was normal and they could send housekeeping up to spray. I told them I wanted to change rooms. "A beautiful property, like a hidden jewel of PVR. The pool area is amazing and the pool size is generous. We enjoyed our morning swim with almost no other guests. The air-conditioning is perhaps the best of all the hotels that I’ve stayed: super quiet and efficient. The staff members are very friendly and warm! We will go back!"
