"You booked us into a facility that was not yet built, but had no information to tell us. We arrived at a construction zone. The builders laughed at us. We were, after an hour, able to contact the hotel (to be built) owner, who directed us to another of their facilities (Hotel Particulier in downtown Montreal), which was also not yet finished but had fully furnished rooms and gave us those to use.
