"I am very much torn here because I want La Briosa and Bolzano to remain a secret because it is such a special hotel in a magical place. My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon after excellent stops in Rome, Florence, and Venice. La Briosa in Bolzano has been hands down the highlight of our trip by far. 5 stars are not nearly enough to rate La Briosa. "My girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed the included breakfast. She is not a breakfast person, but enjoyed it at Falkensteiner. The immediate area around the Hotel is full of shopping and dining options. It’s basically at the center of the town. Excellent value!"
