"Great staff. All very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the Family Selection with swim up. Family selection is the only way to go if you have kids. The rooms were clean. Included butler was awesome. Allowed you to book dinners at a la carte easily. Beach is good, but not amazing. Nice sand, but a little rocky walking out. Pools are nice. Food is pretty good for an all inclusive. Plenty of variety. Nobody got sick. We had a 13 year old and 9 year old. Kept them busy. Highly recommend. "

The luxurious rooms, the 5-star hotel, the very humble staff who treat you with love, when you come to the restaurant the dishes are a work of art, it is truly an unforgettable experience. "Rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly. The staff did an amazing job of keeping the public areas very clean. Only issue I had was I wish there were restrooms by the main theater and main lobby area. It was a far walk to the one by the steak house restaurant or having to walk all the way to the sports bar area when watching a show. Otherwise me and my friends loved the resort and are already talking about coming back. "
