"Myself and two friends stayed here as we were watching a concert in Leeds city centre. Location is fine and really easy to get a taxi into the city. Really quiet area. Ron is a great host and the rooms were fine. I would recommend this hotel if visiting Leeds as the price is great. "

The level of service is unbeatable, the rooms are clean and comfortable the location is great for walking into the town for dinner and the staff are some of the friendliest people I’ve met "
