The Bulgari is one of the nicest hotels that I've stayed in. The prompt and personable service throughout the stay stood out. The room was beautiful. No real view to speak of but that's London I guess. There were little trinkets (shoe horn, shaving supplies, multi pillows, pillow freshener mist, great housekeeping, etc.). So extremely clean, great staff, excellent services. Loved the seating area in the lobby but the bar is meh..... Way overpriced in my opinion so I'll have to think twice about staying there again.

I’m in London a lot and the Bulgari is one of my favorite hotels. It excels on every level and never disappoints. The rooms, service and food are all fantastic. It’s Knightsbridge location is convenient for shopping, dining, parks, public transport etc.

Great hotel! Felt it was extremely expensive for size of room. But overall very nice. I probably wouldn’t spend that again for this hotel and would opt for four seasons for that price.
