Staff was great! Breakfasts were very good. Bathroom sink kept clogging even after maintenance came to fix it. Had to keep drain stopper out. Faucets in sink difficult to turn n and off. Otherwise, hotel was very nice.

Good location, large room, quiet at night, nice touch to have basket of snacks included. Car park is a good feature but the car wash guys were annoying trying to block the ramp to almost force you to use them and having to go pay in the buisness centre seemed an unnecessary faff would rather pay on booking/check out

Room was not as advertised. Paid for a king. Received a queen bed in a room we had to go walk sideways around the bed. Got some b.s. answer about that's what a king is when we complained. Phone, fridge and safe did not work. The staff seemed more interested in not understanding what I was telling them rather than fixing the issues. Housekeeping was bare minimum. Coffee and tea supplies were never refilled. And they tried to double charge us in checkout. Restaurant was quite nice and well run. But the room service menu did not quite match the advertised availability.
