The hotel is very close to Paddington Station which made day trips very easy. The staff were all delightful and went out of their way to help. The food in the adjoining restaurant was wonderful and there are many other options to eat nearby

I misunderstood the term "city view" when I ordered my room, and even though the mistake was on my part, Shah and Lessie in the reception upgraded my room free of charge and gave me free breakfast. The excellent service I recieved from these two is the main reason i will probably book my room at the Hotel Indigo the next time I travel to London.

My room furniture was old (though the bed was good) and the TV service had no program guide. The shower was very good, the coffee machine appreciated and pods always replenished. Daily room service was excellent, and Housekeeping was extremely helpful. The Paddington Station area lacks good dining choices, a problem for many years. This hotel is almost invisible but I find it convenient.

A Nice Hotel in a Wonderful location just down the street from Paddington train station. It’s an upscale neighborhood with great Pubs & restaurants. Our room was small but clean and updated. The windows didn’t open and the bathroom shower was rather small but overall we had a comfortable stay at Hotel Indigo
