Great location and clean room. Mattress was super hard. Despite requesting an early check-in several times, upon arrival there was no room ready for me. Complete lack of hospitality upon arrival. I had to really advocate for what I needed. Personally, I wouldn't stay here again, but it was clean and in a great location, so Im sure if I had encountered nicer staff I'd enjoy coming back.
Great hotel leas than 2 minutes walk to Hyde Park. Staff very friendly, room facilities were very good and breakfast tasty

I mainly chose this hotel for its excellent location, which didn't disappoint. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, I had some issues with the room key card; it failed to work several times, and I had to get it fixed at the reception 4-5 times during my stay. Aside from that, everything was great.

Good location, bed needing replaced, but otherwise all ok.
Heating in the room only worked a couple of days although told them nearly every day. Got in the shower and no shampoo, no kleenex. Otherwise the staff was friendly and room nice. But it was a cold experience.
Pros:
Great location close to public transport and right next to Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. The evening receptionist was genuinely lovely and helpful. The room itself is basic but in line with what you’d expect for the price in London.
Cons:
A few issues made the stay less comfortable. My room was directly at the top of the stairs, so anyone using the staircase walked right past my door, which meant noise through the night and early morning. The TV didn’t work at all (neither apps nor live channels). The bed and pillow were very uncomfortable, which made it hard to sleep.
The biggest concern was the window: it opened fully with no lock, and as a solo female traveller on the first floor above street level, I didn’t feel safe. There are bins and cars directly below, making it easy for someone to reach. I reported this, but the only solution offered after speaking to the manager was to pay for an upgrade. I don’t think guests should have to pay extra to feel safe — a simple window lock would fix the issue.
Overall, the room is very small and no‑frills, which is fine for the price. If the window had been secure and the response from management more accommodating, I’d have been satisfied. As it stands, it’s only suitable if you just need a cheap place to sleep and don’t mind the limitations

Fit for purpose and price paid, staff efficient and Friendly,
Good location near Hyde Park and transport. Room small but cosy and very clean with a good sized shower. Liked the extra touches of biscuits, fruit, slippers and an ironing board. Would recommend.
VERY helpful (adaptor, charge cord, ice, booked taxis) front desk workers. Spotless and really liked location esp proximity to tube. Housekeeping wonderful. Only think I’ll say is beds were just ok - we were so tired that we slept great though! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
This hotel and all of the staff were wonderful!! Air conditioning worked, lift worked, and the staff was very helpful for lost tourists making their way through London :)
Shout out to Drizia for her wonderful service!!! 5 thumbs way up!!
