The front desk staff was welcoming and professional. Upon going to my room the curtains were broken so wouldn't block out light and the room was quite chilly. The Dutch Hotel Long Island City, Sonder by Marriott Bonvoy
Rooms were clean, had a mini fridge which is actually usually hard to find in NYC. Even had free coffee which again is not common in nyc. I liked not having to interact with staff
