Request for room service was a let down.Tired from a 25 hour flight, having a simple process for room service would have been welcomed. A deposit of £100 per night was required before ordering, that they hold. Any balance would be refunded. This can take days. The goodies provided in room was great! Would stay again, if room service was improved. "
