"The hotel is conveniently located and the staff was helpful. For the first time in all the hotels I’ve stayed in I was charged 25 dollars for parking. The 15 dollar buffet was meager and the check had a 3 dollar service fee, then added a line for additional gratuity. The switches on the side table lamps by the bed didn’t work so, I had the maintenance man turn them on. I had to unscrew the bulbs to turn them off. If you want to be nickeled and dimed endlessly, this the hotel for you."

"When we first checked into the room. The room was filled with ants and the hotel staff used the ants spray to kill the ants. We did want to stay in the room and hope by the time we come back all the chemicals spray smells will be gone. We can back around 10 pm and found the floor was flooded from leaking refrigerator. They have some towels to clean up the water on the floor. Then I start to smell the ant spray which did not got air out and still smell very strong in the room. I have...

I have never had a problem booking the rooms myself but arranging another person for check in (used my cousins name) until I got to this hotel. They claimed that because the person who booked it didn’t match the guest name they would not let them check in. We called Expedia support and they also agreed it should have never been a problem. "We had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The refrigerator made loud noises throughout the night and made it difficult to sleep. The kitchen stove was extremely weak and was only useful for boiling water. The room was not worth the price we paid. The beds and mattresses were uncomfortable. If you did not sleep exactly in the center of the bed, you would feel like you were sliding off the edge. The room was also not suitable for four people as advertised and felt much more appropriate...

"It served our purpose after our backpacking trip, so I don’t have obvious complaints but the stay was not that comfortable. The property is located in an unattractive neighborhood. Could use more maintenance and cleaning. The staff was helpful."
