Khách sạn Marratxi

"Well appointed hotel and rooms. Staff were helpful when approached. Felt safe as two female travelers as it's a good upscale location with plenty of foot traffic. We tried the SkyBar which has amazing views! We tried the breakfast buffet on our last day and it was excellent. Would recommend this location as it's so easy to get to the Seu (Church), Harbourfront, tons of outdoor restaurants on Born Ave, and not too far of a walk to the train and bus station."

"They have a washing machine, that it’s a brilliant idea, very convenient, to improve the experience I would include a foldable drying rack since the machine dries up to 60%. Staff was very nice, informative and helpful. The room was clean and organized."

"Great location, 5 mins walk to the cathedral, close to lovely bars, restaurants, shops and the marina. Staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Spotlessly clean and lovely little roof terrace with view of the cathedral. Would definitely stay here again."

"Good hotel, very clean."

"This hotel was horrible and such a disappointment for a 4 star. Upon arrival the staff failed to tell us their indoor pool overflowed, we had no hot water, our room smelled like sewage, and they never offered a credit. Would not recommend this spot. It felt like we were in the Dominican."

"The staff was kind (except one lady at the front desk on Thursday around 1pm) She had a bad attitude and acting very arrogant. Jonathan was very helpful and kind, he serves a raise. The room itself did not feel like 5 star, no toiletries, only 2 cans of water, bad quality bed, very thin duvet, etc. The spa is very nice although not everything works. Overall OK hotel but not the 5* experience and thus overpriced."
