"I booked this hotel for a short layover to rest before my next flight, but it was the complete opposite of what I needed. "Apparently there was a power outage prior to me checking in. The elevator was not working and the room key system was not back up yet. The manager on duty and staff handled it beautifully. She and a member of the staff helped take my bags up to my room. We had to take the steps. I was in the lobby for a bit and she helped each person checking in do the same thing. This is the type of customer service that I admire. I will be staying there again on my next trip to the area."

"The dining room and bar set-up were very misleading. It is obvious by the looks of both the dining room and bar that there at one time were both a full breakfast bar and a full cocktail bar. When I called back in January of '26, a lady at the front desk asdured me that they served breakfast. The day after I arrived, I went down for breakfast but was tod by a staff member that they "never served breakfadt". B.S.! She flat out lied to my face. Other than that, my stay was mostly fine. "This hotel is in a great location, a lot of options that are walkable which is good because it’s a pain to get your car out. The valet staff are good it’s just hard to get in and out and there’s not much room for parked cars. The lobby is located on the 13th floor where the bar is, and while that has great views and it’s a fun atmosphere it’s not a great place for the lobby. Usually I stop by on my way out and use the amenities or ask questions but it’s not on way out and it’s inconvenient....
