"I received an email from the host with accurate check-in information 1 day prior to check in. The breakfast was very minimal with toast being the only hot food offered. The windows in the room opened, allowing a nice breeze. The bed was soft and moderately comfortable. The view of the Sterling streets was nice and the property is within a 15 minute walk of the sterling castle. Be advised of spiral staircases making it difficult to get luggage larger than carry-on size up to the room. "

"We had a very enjoyable stay at the Kippen Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a lovely cooked breakfast each morning. The bar and waitress staff were really helpful in helping us with some bags and even getting us some scales to weigh our luggage for a flight. It was much appreciated. The bar area was fun to to have a chat and the food was very good. The bed was comfy and the shower had plenty of hot water. In our room it was a combined tub and shower so that may...
