"The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. "I liked the location. The property and the beach were great. There was one particular front desk staff member who checked us in who was not clear on some important details regarding the resort fee and use of a 75 dollar credit that came with our room. The same agent also was unhelpful when it came to having our room cleaned. There were more amenities that we could have used at the resort but the same front desk staff member did not explain anything about that either. It really was the one staff...

"Our room was clean and our beds were comfortable. The grounds were well kept and clean as well. Wish that there was more food options, but there is the food truck Village across the street which is nice. It was strange to me that there wasn't beach access by the hotel, in order to access the beach you had to walk down to the public access. No beach chairs or umbrellas available on the beach, or to take to the beach (unless you rented them). Overall hotel was nice and we enjoyed our stay!"
