"I was a solo-female traveler during my stay, and I have never felt any safer. All the security measures in place definitely made me relax a lot more as new environments always make me anxious. Beautiful hotel, with nice staff. The double room was a bit small, but again, I travelled alone so it didn’t matter to me. If there’s 4 travelers though, it might feel like you guys are on top of each other. Even though the hotel’s downtown, in the middle of a busy city, I could not hear the outside...

"They catfished us! What the room that we booked, looked like in the pictures, were not even close to the room we were given. All the lights were on when we walked in like if someone was just in there and the room needed some serious deep cleaning. Our charger ports didn’t work, and the AC kept having malfunctions. The only reason why we didn’t mention something the night of check in was because it was already super late, but definitely mentioned before check out. I will never come here again,...
