"Double room, third floor, towards road, king bed. Different room layout w bathroom at window front. Good shower. Blackout blinds. Restaurant and Starbucks on site. Chargeable gym and pool. Easy self-check-in-point. Good wifi. Would stay again. Thank you"

"I had a lovely stay at Easthampstead Park Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, kindly fulfilling my advance request for a room with a beautiful view. The hotel is set in peaceful, well-kept grounds, making it a quiet and relaxing place to stay. The rooms are modern, spacious, and very comfortable. Waking up to the refreshing courtyard view was a real highlight. I’d definitely recommend it for a calm and comfortable getaway."

"We had dinner in an almost empty dining room. The meals were served up but no one checked on us during the meal. My partner had no cheese in his burger. We mentioned this at when the plates were being cleared and it was mentioned to the chef and manager but no apologies or no compensation. The coffee sachets in the room used the cheapest coffee possible and it tasted awful. We had breakfast, which was okay but nothing special. I admit that they stopped serving at 9.30 and we went down at 9.00 but most of the cooked food looked like it had been there since they started serving and the coffee was very weak."

"I liked the hotel overall and thought the staff were all really nice! The swimming pool and steam room were good and bar was nice too! The reception areas also nice! My issue however was we were given a room that absolutely reeked of dog! As we’d been to races and then went to health club we didn’t really notice until 10pm and couldn’t be bothered to change! Seems there had been a doggie convention there a few days before and although sanitised and clean the room really smelled! I’d give the hotel another go but dont think they should put guests in rooms until smell has gone ! I’d ask to move next time ! Bed was super comfortable though and I think overall was good value stay"

"Fire alarm at 7:30am. It was only on briefly. Bmy husband went to find out if everything was ok, and was told all patrons needed to evacuate as a precaution. He called us in the room to tell us to leave. However, there was no communication from the hotel staff about the need to evacuate. Apparently they'd searched all floors but we didn't see or hear from anyone on floor 4. Need to work on better fire or emergency evacuation communication."

"Great location and huge hotel. Booked it for my son’s birthday as we were going to Legoland the next day. Room was a great size but very hot due to the weather - no air con in the rooms so hotel had provided fans but the plugs were on the other side of the room so fans couldn’t reach us in bed - needless to say we had a very poor nights sleep. Equally problematic was the lack of plug sockets near or by the bed - there weren’t any, So we couldn’t charge phones or devices, nor could we use the room’s mini fridge to keep water cold because the fans were using up all free sockets. Also disappointed to discover that the swimming pool was closed the previous month for over 6 months - one of the main reasons I booked this hotel was for the pool. Not once did we receive communication that it would be closed during our stay. However staff were super friendly and kind to my son especially, and the breakfast we had was good. Overall hotel is nice, just some key things let it down"
