"Personale affabile, in modo particolare gli addetti (tutti) alla reception e le signore addette ai piani! Un plauso al personale addetto al giardinaggio e alla sicurezza in piscina. Cortesia e gentilezza anche da parte del personale di sala. Tutto al top. Non avendo pranzato o cenato non posso esprimere pareri sulla "cucina", che cmq. penso sia all'altezza degli altri settori. Enjoy your holiday!"

"In deze stad in binnenlanden van Basalicata ligt dit hotel. We hadden een ruime, nette en schone kamer met airconditioning en een balcon. Onze auto (mits niet elektrisch of op gas) mochten we in de garage van het hotel parkeren. Ruime toegang met veel ruimte via een steile ingang. Auto stond daar heerlijk in de koelte. ‘s Ochtends mochten we in de bar kiezen wat we wilden eten voor het ontbijt. Sapjes, cappuccino, yoghurt gevulde croissants etc. De eigenaar was zeer gastvrij en niets was teveel....

"Hotel is in a good location walkable to the historic centre but the road in is winding and the GPS may need to be ignored for some turns. Room was clean and comfortable and service friendly and helpful. Parking was available underneath. A nice continental breakfast buffet with perfect cappuccino."
