Pros: -Friendly staff -Only high floor rooms and has a very very nice view of the city -Very clean -Has a shower (roof shower) -It’s in the heart of shinjuku yet environment is very clean and respectful. Cons: -A bit pricy for what it has to offer. -Breakfast buffet doesn’t compare to other Japanese hotels. -Some spaces in the room specially shower is a little compact (even more for Japanese standards)."

Family mart and restaurants on the property. Shuttle to and from the airport. Government building across the street. They had an awesome Pokémon light show! Shinjuku Central Park also across the street. Perfect hotel for families. Thank you for a lovely stay! We can’t wait to come back! "
