"The room is spotless, the staff was wonderful, it is central relocated where you can have restaurants I would not hesitate to return. The only negative I can say is that is rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator that is something that I would have liked to know but this is a wonderful place and I’m happy that I stayed here. The bed was super comfortable as well"

"We thought we were booking a hotel, not a guest house. There was a continental breakfast included, which was nice and it was in good proximity to the airport. Staff was very friendly, just not what we were expecting. Great for somewhere to stay before you head to the airport."

"Clean room. Friendly desk staff, porters, and pool side snack bar. Shuttle was available but not guaranteed because it picks up from other hotels. A taxi was arranged by staff but the driver charged an exorbitant amount to go to the airport. We were told 35 Euros, but he charged us 55 E. Felt we were taken advantage of. Staff should avoid using this particular taxi driver in the future."

"An incredible end to our Italy trip! Relaxing and peaceful. Just so you are aware children under 4 cannot really enjoy any of the accommodations. But for adults it is fabulous!!!! Definitely would recommend to wrap up your visit!"

"We had a one night stay between our cruise disembarkation day and our flight home from FCO the next. The location is very close to the FCO airport (15 minutes drive) and two blocks from the beach. The hotel is clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. The only downside was the wifi was a little spotty at times but we didn’t use it much anyways and had data plans on our phones. Would stay again."

"The room was a suite for 4 and was perfect. We just stayed overnight but location close to airport was ideal and price very reasonable. The shuttle service is extra like other places but service was great."

"Camera pulita ed accogliente, materasso e cuscini non proprio comodi purtroppo. Nessun problema per parcheggio ed accesso alla struttura in posto comodo se siete di passaggio per aeroporto o litorale romano. Non consigliato se siete a piedi e con mezzi pubblici ma solo se viaggiate con l'auto"

"I think it has only 18 rooms, yet our room was spacious for three of us traveling together, and quiet, and a wonderful way to transition from cruise ship to traveling home. I can see why it has such a high rating!"

"Rooms were small and the shower doors didn’t close fully. Beds were hard and only provided a sheet for sleeping. Area is remote from amenities so if you want to eat or buy groceries for the night, you’ll need to walk at least 1 km. Expect to pay 20 Euros each way for a shuttle (per person). Better to stay in Rome if you have a later flight and just take the train directly to the airport."
