"Very helpful staff and a wonderful location."

"Good central location very close to Russell Square tube station. The hotel provides great value and high standard of accommodation. However, our stay coincided with a high Sunmer temperatures in London and the bedrooms have no air conditioning, although a fan was provided, but this inadequate. During the booking process there was no reference to there being no AC in the bedrooms. I’d recommend this hotel but not during June through August."

"I felt safe here travelling by myself. The room had lovely air conditioning which in the middle of a heatwave was very welcome! It was clean and comfortable. Very quiet from people noise but obvious tube train rumblings every few minutes were sometimes quite noisy. Would stay here again though."

"Great property in proximity to Holborn station and surrounding amenities. The staff were really helpful, respectful and courteous. Would definitely stay again. I booked one of the windowless rooms which was as advertised albeit a bit smaller than in the pictures but nothing unexpected. Very clean and great air-conditioning for the heatwave"
