For the price it was fine. If I had to say anything negative it would be the rooms are small and it take time to get the elevator to tour floor

Nice hotel, but not what I was expecting for the price. If there were amenities, I didn't notice any. I paid for a better view, and wasn't really happy with what I got, but that may just be how it goes sometimes. I wouldn't stay here again though. Lotte New York Palace
This is a comfortable and accommodating luxurious hotel ideally situated for us across the street from St. Patrick Cathedral and within walking distance of great restaurants and Broadway shows. We will return here on our next visit to NYC.
