Great location. Really nice hotel. Parking was a nightmare in their own garage. Staff in lobby were terrible. Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel
A/C unit was not working properly. Technician had to be sent twice (suspecting they were not really sent the first time). Queen bed was a lot closer to a full.
