Great location. Really nice hotel. Parking was a nightmare in their own garage. Staff in lobby were terrible. Hotel takes up full city block and checkin line was looped all through the entire lobby for 4+ hours with only 2 staffed at computers and 4 more front desk employees sitting in a back room ...

Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel
A/C unit was not working properly. Technician had to be sent twice (suspecting they were not really sent the first time). Queen bed was a lot closer to a full.

Hyatt Regency Times Square
Great stay! Staff were nice. Found some hair in shower and on a pillow case but once I called down to the front desk they came to clean area again. Overall the hotel is nice.
