Nos gustó mucho esta propiedad, fuimos en temporada de invierno, no cuenta con frigobar o microondas, pero al quedar en el corazón de Manhattan podíamos salir a comer a restaurantes que estaban bajando y a precios accesibles, todo nos quedaba a pie y cuando teníamos que viajar distancias largas justo en la esquina estaba la para del metro. Por el precio y temporada fue buena opción.

Comfortable, quiet and spacious for a Manhattan hotel. Super convenient to subways. Street outside is crowded, festive and noisy on weekend nights but no worries - hotel is quiet inside.

The staff, from the front desk, bellboy and maids were very friendly. You can't beat the location, you can walk everywhere and if not, metro is very convenient. Rooms are a little dated, but for the price, I think it is fine.

The nicest part of the property is the entrance. The rooms are totally dated. The location is LOUD - but it is NY. It was fine, but I would not go back if I had other options.

This property is closer to a 1 star than a 3. I felt like I was staying in a witness protection motel. The TV didn’t work, the walls had holes everywhere and the room was dirty. The towels and curtains had stains.

Emplacement proche métro Nous avons demandé et réservé une chambre avec un grand lit et nous avons eut une chambre avec 2 lits de 120 impossible de dormir à deux dans le même lit, la moquette de la chambre usée avec des taches et des trous, la Clim obliger de l'éteindre la nuit tellement elle est bruyante , personnel sympa et chambre propre mais très vieillissante

Our room was clean, efficient, and (for Manhattan) spacious. Not fancy, not faded — decent all around. And a good price for Manhattan. We would stay again. Do note: The hotel won’t hold your luggage after you check out, such as if you have a late flight or train. You’ll need to check Yelp for a place to store them for a small fee; there are two five or so blocks away: 555 NY Souvenirs and Gifts on 8th near 37th and StoreMe/UPS Store on Madison near 36th.

Le foto delle camere non sono veritiere, abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera perché la serratura ci ha bloccate dentro, la cassaforte non si chiudeva e il bagno era sporco. Nella seconda camera ci si sono smagnetizzate le tessere per aprire la camera. Gli asciugamani grandi sono molto piccoli.

I stayed for 2 nights on weekdays. I like that the location is really convenient, but it's a little noisy at night. The heat did not work normally. I expected that there was a small toothpaste in the bathroom as I forgot to bring it and realized it at midnight. I asked the staff but they said they do not provide it... A male staff was very cold to me during the daytime... The service and the staff's attitude could be improved,

This place should be rated with NEGATIVE STARS. Customers were complaining when I entered, I should have known better. They don't hold any luggage for guests, and reason "COVID," even though nobody is wearing masks. They over-charged and blamed the day manager. The room was FILTHY and I moved hotels within 10 minutes of getting my keys, and they refused to refund me. TERRIBLE!!!

the property was fine. bare minimum. no mini fridge, coffee maker, water or vending machines in the hotel at all. we did get our rooms earlier than check in. but our room only had one lamp and very flat pillows. and the other room the drawers didn’t open, same with the nightstand. didn’t open overall staff was very friendly. only one instance where i asked if there was free breakfast (like is advertised) and the guy looked at me like i was stupid and said “no we don’t do breakfast” like okay, you could’ve said it nicely, and there was a bakery right next door… towels were smaller than expected and smelled funny. nowhere to get water to drink overall, it was fine.

Terrible

Terrible… the hotel was very dirty, old, smelly and noisy... the curtains and towels has stains. No hand towels, no phone and AC was from the 80s never upgraded. The bathtub is clogged … and the water from the clogged bathtub is grayish color… The only reason I stayed is because of my last minutes booking and nothing is available, but with the price that they are charging it’s unreasonable and is it expensive. The front desk & Staff… was not friendly, I asked a simple question about if there was a USB outlet on the wall… staff start telling me how much it will cost to install one in each room and telling me how many rooms there is in the hotel then it will cost him a lot to upgrade. Very unprofessional.
