Hyatt Grand Central New York
The property overall was fine, lobby area was nice. The room had a comfortable bed, but the bathroom was a disaster! The toilet was situated so close to the shower that it made it very difficult to use unless you were a contortionist.

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
De’Marcis was outstanding. Greeted us as soon as we entered the lobby from the street. The front desk staff, security, & cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly. The diner had the best food for reasonable prices being in NYC. Would stay again.

Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square
Air conditioning didn’t work in the room. We contacted them and waited until midnight and then went to sleep. The next day they said they would fix it while we were gone. When we came back, they said they fixed it. The following day we had a knock on the door of workers to fix it. It was never ...
