Room had hair everywhere.. STAFF WAS RUDE WHEN I asked about transportation back to the airport very rude.

Hyatt Regency Times Square
The property was very convenient to walk to subway stations, Central Park and Rockefeller Center. Wish it had a coffee maker in the room. It was a hassle to go down 40 floors to grab a cup of coffee in the morning.

Hampton Inn New York Times Square
Elevators were inadequate for the number of floors and people staying there. Breakfast a madhouse each day. Very average. Staff were cheerful, helpful, profesional.

The hotel needs some work. Lobby looks nice but as soon as you get near elevators you see it’s not very clean and walls are very beat up.
