"Our room was dated but very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Prices for drinks at the pool were outrageous! Bought a beer for myself $12.99 and a virgin Pin Colada for my grandson $21.99.
$35 before taxes and expected tip! Asked for a glass of ice water and bartender pointed at a water cooler serving warm water and refused to give me a glass with ice! Restaurants are very pricey in the hotel. Coffee averaged around $8-$9"

"It was the worst room I’ve ever stayed at. No refrigerator in room, had to wait 45 for housekeeping to bring one up delaying our plans.
Requested a high floor which I realize was a request but was on the lowest 4th floor-same level as spa-farthest room from elevator. When opening the window, view was the back alley."
