"The property was beyond our expectations. Staff went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. Their restaurant was superb and the breakfast spread was top notch. Jimmi, the receptionist very efficiently organised transport to Sapa for us at the last minute...a big shout out for all the staff especially Jimmi and Alex. Would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anybody looking for a place in Hanoi Old Quarters. Great location...great food...great staff...great rooms...what more can...

Room comfortable for the most part - one narrow window with views of a all and rooftops mainly. Extremely helpful staff on reception - especially Johnny + Rick.
