8.4 trên 10, Rất tốt, (460 nhận xét)
"This hotel is very well located, across the street from a metro station on the Piccadilly line serving the Heathrow airport. Also not very far from the centre of London by metro.
It is generally well maintained, although some aspects would need improvement, like the carpet in the room that requires an in-depth cleaning.
Also, do not be misled by the kitchenette advertised. It is a counter, shelves, a sink, a fridge and a kettle behind 2 doors. No microwave, neither toaster. However,...

"Lovely staff we came across; check in staff, concierge, luggage facilities. The check in staff were particularly helpful and upgraded us to a studio room. The bed was really comfortable, the room quiet with excellent amenities. When we checked out the member of staff was particularly helpful looking to see if a travel card I had lost had been recorded as found on the system or in the back office. The night staff were more dismissive. Will definitely return."

"Loved this hotel for its location. The Gloucester tube station is right across the street which makes it very convenient and so many walkable options within 20 mins or so. Coffee shops and small comfort shops on the street. Cute breakfast/tea restaurant next door that you don’t want to miss. Room was very comfortable but carpets could use a shampoo. Staff were wonderfully friendly. Would stay again!"

Spacious rooms and an excellent location
My experience was good, especially because the room was very spacious and comfortable. It includes a microwave, refrigerator, minibar, and amenities for making coffee and tea, as well as cookies, which is a thoughtful touch and much appreciated.

Breakfast included was great and they let us order it to take away BC we had to leave for airport at 5 am.
Having access to the spa to freshen up before we got our room was also amazing.
Really appreciated the arranging of a taxi, the wake up calls and just general feeling of interest from the staff."
