"Clean room and comfortable stay"

"The breakfast bistro was amazing, Denise was a sweetheart. Their breakfast selection was good even had some healthier options. Housekeeping needs more work !!!! They never once came after we arrived on Thursday and left on Sunday - we had to take trash out ourselves. (They’re lucky we gave them $3 cash as tip) they never refilled the coffee or made sure we had toilet paper. Plus check in was 4 o’clock we didn’t get room after arriving until 5:30 room wasn’t ready."

"Do not use the transpotation. We waited 45 min after pick up time and had to uber. When we used to go to cruise terminal. Others were on going to airport and had to wait for all the drop off first."

"My first room had a bathtub leaking water before I even used it. Staff said it was fixed, but the next time I showered the entire bathroom flooded. It honestly seemed like the tub was cracked and they had glued down an anti-slip mat over it. The second room had the same issue, just less severe after a long shower. There was also a noticeable moldy smell unless the bathroom fan stayed on constantly. The walls were surprisingly soundproof since I barely heard anyone during my stay, and I didn’t find any bugs after thoroughly checking both rooms. Parking was plentiful as well. The staff was friendly, but they didn’t seem to have much authority beyond switching rooms. Overall, this hotel feels very outdated and poorly maintained. The beds sag badly, and it seems like things only get replaced when absolutely necessary. The only reason I stayed was because the flight + hotel package was cheap for 5 nights. You get what you pay for."

"The receptionist didn’t greet us and hardly saw our faces, when asked how she was doing ….her response….. Fgresjkyn i guess. ( first words i did not understand) Housekeeping girls working with socks only, is that a new trend in hospitality? Just one girl was very customer service oriented. The breakfast, the room and the facilities in general were very good."
