"I didn’t really see the staff because I didn’t need to. But they were kind enough to call and message me right after I checked in and settled into my room. The lights confused me as it was my first time in Europe. Turns out you put your keycard in a slot by the door and then they work lol. But my bathroom wasn’t super clean…. There was just some dust.. in the bathtub. And a stain in the sink. I don’t know. But I’m not too picky. I didn’t complain because I was not gonna bath anyway. And it was gone after I showered. The bed was bigger than I thought and it was comfy. AND it’s very conveniently located to things. Right outside your door is a canal. Who can complain? I’d stay here again. "

One of the best parts is the location—it’s within walking distance to the city center, shopping, restaurants, and many attractions. It made getting around Amsterdam very convenient. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"Not a great place to stay. It served the purpose of laying your head down but there was nothing great or enticing about the site. There was also nothing to watch on the tiny TV."
