"I felt so welcome the moment I walked onto the property. It’s a very secure place and I felt very safe, especially as a female, solo traveler. The check in was very easy and the kind security guard helped me to my room. Jennifer (I believe her name is) is extremely sweet and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. Everyone was so nice! The restaurant staff is so attentive and very efficient with the food orders. I was so happy to enjoy the free breakfast, the pool, and the wonderful...

"I had a fantastic stay at Cerro Lodge. There’s so much wildlife around and the staff are all very friendly. They even showed me where I could spot an elusive Pacific Owl. "

"Be aware they have rooms without AC, they gave us a fan only room. We were supposed to get a Junior suite and it was nothing like the picture. Not enough towels for the three guests, small beds, close to the reception so the noise early in the morning was not fun at all. Property is nice, cold water pool was been clean so we couldn’t use it for day and a half. Good food, decent drinks prices."
