"The shower was dirty with no conditioner or shampoo. The room smelled like smoke, it was loud and too expensive for the quality of the room . The beds were comfy but the upstairs room was loud."

"For the price the property was fine. Seems a bit tired and older feel to it, but for the most part was clean and did the job for the night. Probably wouldn’t stay there again as I prefer a little more modern property."

"There is a pretty view of the marina with a walkway alongside of it. The staff were very courteous. There was plenty of parking and it was free. My spouse liked the bed but I thought it was too hard. The sheets were clean and the pillows were comfortable. I appreciated that there was a blanket on the bed. "Completely remodeled, attractive decor, very clean, staff went above and beyond- we told the day desk staff member we needed to leave the next morning early and get our car out of valet at 5:30 am. When I called to request the vehicle from the overnight desk person, she told me the car was already out front and waiting for us. Made a huge difference!"

There was a delay in getting into the room (it was crazy busy during graduation) - but they were kind enough to store our luggage and offer us drinks and snacks until it was ready. Additionally, when we needed to find milk off hours, they were able to help us there as well. Parking was easy and convenient, rooms were neat and new, and the entire staff could not have been nicer. "The hotel is not the newest.. that being said the front desk staff were knowledgeable friendly, and thoughtful. The housekeeping staff obviously take pride in their work. The room was spotless with little fancy touches you find in 5 star hotels. The bed was really comfortable. The shuttle service is Lyft so the will take you exactly when and where you want to go and it's covered by the hotel. I wouldn't go there for a holiday but as a stay for the airport, totally recommend!"
