"On arrival, we were dismayed to find the "Queen Bed" was smaller than a double bed and was not at all suitable for our stay. It seems the definition of this bed size is not universally accepted. After discussion with the professional "Richard" I informed him that we would not be staying. I request a refund as the room was available to relet for anyone willing to use a small bed. Deeply disappointed and will not recommend"

"The hotel is dirty and needs a lot of work to bring it up to standard, the fire safety is a major concern. I was woken at 00:30hrs by someone banging on my door. And at 04:30 hrs I was woken again by someone knocking on a door in the corridor as the hotel seems to filled with foreign workers who first language is not english. "

"Basically like a air B&B self contained flats rented out by the university to take advantage of their extra capacity. It contains a kitchen/living facility, my room had 2 very comfy beds & 2 bathrooms. be advised these units are self catering Belgrade don't provide food but you have a one stop shop and a big sainsburys nearby if you need anything. "

"Communication regarding check-in was awful. Room was really cold when I got in. Couldn't lock door at first, had to mess about freeing rhe lock (should not be my job!!) No towels or soap available. No hot water on tap. No tea/coffee making facility, although there was a kettle so at least I could get some hot water, but no cups/mugs. Went down into what I'd believed was a communal lounge & kitchen to be told by a chap who was sleeping in the lounge that it is a private room (No lock on door!!) Woke this morning to an extremely cold room, couldn't turn on heater"
