"Overall it does the job, clean place, but if you like to sleep in a quiet space this place is not for you. Walls are paper thin, we’ve hear every move of the neighboring apartments and there was a very loud music coming from either the restaurant downstairs or the neighbors. Whoever it was we’ve heard every bit, base, vibration from the music. I went 3 times to ask the restaurant to put down the music on a 3d time it ended up that they all left, closeted the place and never shut down the sound...

"Our first time in Rome and glad we stayed here instead of city center. There are several restaurants and bars nearby and yet our room was quiet (which was much appreciated). Staff was helpful and rooftop bar was a nice touch for apertivo or night cap. Hotel smells lovely too Would stay again!
Minor inconvenience: parking but we were directed to nearest parking garage. We tried to order room service two days in advance row but they never brought us the card to order in advance even when we went...

"We stayed in a Classic room, which the hotel tells you is a separate entrance. What the hotel neglected to mention was the separate entrance is down outside stairs through a room, up a few steps, through an outdoor courtyard, down a couple more steps and down a small hall to an elevator. That would have been helpful information when choosing a room.
Choose your room carefully.
Staff is friendly and helpful."

"The hotel had an amazing breakfast, a perfect location, and was very quiet at night.
Unfortunately, our room had an extremely strong, musty, earthy smell, strongest around the bathroom. We both developed headaches while in the room, which improved when we left. We also noticed what appeared to be black mold around the bathroom.
When we reported the smell, a staff member acknowledged that the room smelled “grassy” and said someone would investigate. Nobody came, so we called reception again....
