"This is a guesthouse so there are no amenities but the staff in the office building is helpful. The office building is in a separate location than the room that you’ll be staying in. The location was good as it was nearby all shops and restaurants and a 10 min walk from the train. We were there 5 nights and our room was only cleaned once due to the designated cleaning schedule. Overall, it was a nice stay, just be away of the differences between a hotel and a guesthouse."

"The staff was so friendly, even helping with our very heavy baggage. The room was clean and well appointed. It had shades that lowered to make it dark, which we really liked. They had great beach towels for us to use. The breakfast was also fantastic."

"This property was very nice, conveniently located off the main road and across from the stairs leading to the train station. We rented Piccibon because it has a large, private balcony overlooking the sea and the nearby village. The balcony had comfy furniture and to chaise lounges where we spent most of our time when not visiting the rest of Cinque Terre. Corniglia is the least visited of the 5 villages so it wasn’t crowded or overly touristy. Our host was fantastic! He was helpful and...

"Our stay was great.Our room was large and clean.We had access to several towels. The merchant responded to our request immediately via whatsapp. Cleaning was done daily and in a timely fashion. It was questionable if the ac was working, but we did have a fan in the room that was great. There seemed to be construction going on outside the windows so the windows were sealed off with no natural light into the room. That being said, we were out for most of the day so that wasn't a big issue for us....

"* Room was in good size and clean. * You need to bring your own cup because they don't provide any cup. * Check in was not convenient. This property doesn't have front desk. We contacted the property several days before arrival. They sent us the keypad codes for entrances. But one of the entrance code doesn't work. After contact them through the email they provided on the wall and waited for a while somebody came and opened door for us and gave us the correct code."

"The host and hotel were amazing! The host greeted us the reception and gave us a detailed explanation of the accommodation as well as all the attractions and tips in Manarola. The room was very spacious and really nicely decorated, and it had all the necessary amenities and more. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Cinque Terre area."
