The pool looked exactly like the pictures, but I wasn’t brave enough to try it. Same with the hot tub. The hotel is quite well maintained, but on the rustic side. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is less than 2 blocks from the beach and restaurants all along the beach Just 1/2 block away is a very well stocked grocery/corner store and also a small pharmacy Many other small stores and restaurants within easy walking distance One thing to be aware of is that this area of PV is very steep many steps and hills The other thing to know is that this area caters to a high ratio of gay men. That could be good or bad, but important to be aware of On the whole it seemed to be a pretty safe area during the day time, but we didn’t go out at night

Very friendly & efficient housekeeping. Me & my friend stayed in rooms 1 & 2, room 1 had a bad smell due to a laundry room that seemed to be attached to it, he had to use a incense defuser to mask the smell, 2 had a musty smell & they had some sort of a dehumidifier going to dry the room up that made a big noice, both had a powder room with toilet but no mirror which is an easy fix so these rooms can be used better. The mirror in the main toilet in room 2 was very dull so could hardly be used & there was no area or shelf to put toiletries, they seem to have had a glass shelf that had broken. Would be good if they had a small toaster over or microwave in the room. The place was full if not would have asked to be moved. Central location & price was good but they can fix these small issues

This boutique hotel is in a great location. Though it is an older property, there has been some minor updating and it is extremely well kept and clean. Staff is very attentive to needs and we had a pleasurable stay. Very open to staying here again.
