"Hotel has great potential, but is very poorly managed. This is a very expensive hotel and does not provide a service in line with what is charged. The beach is gourgeous, but full with plastic waste that comes from the sea. All neighboring hotels and restaurants clean their beaches, this one does not. "Samantha and the rest of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel is super cute with gorgeous plants, clean rooms, and a great spot on the beach. The Agave restaurant associated with the hotel was delicious. They have the tallest vantage point along the coast of Tulum so you can enjoy sunset over the trees and sunrise over the ocean. They also have a coffee service included where they bring you freshly roasted coffee and leave it outside your room at your desired time....
